They say distance makes the heart grow fonder. Well Holly and Simeon had to deal with distance and time apart for months at a time for much of their dating and engagement years. Their hearts could not be more overjoyed to mark the season of separation to be over with the celebration of their wedding!
Holly is a Whiteshell girl at heart, and Simeon is from Germany, but these two soul mates met in BC at bible college. To celebrate their union, though, they chose to have a very personal country wedding in Holly’s home town and childhood church in Seven Sisters. She clearly knew what she was doing, because the photos at Whitemouth Falls are absolutely stunning, and the whole bridal party look flawless in their beautiful dusty blue dresses!
The personal details, like their world map sign, the dainty country flowers, the beautiful colour choices, and twinkling lights, reflected the simple joy the day brought to everyone who came to celebrate this lovely couple. It was clear that Faith and Love were at the center of this wedding.
At the end of the day, Simeon and Holly were man and wife; never to be apart for months at a time again…
